- Upon completion, all orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Ground and typically arrive in 1 - 7 business days based on your location. Each order will be insured and shipped with a tracking number which you will receive in an e-mail. You may check the status of your shipment using your tracking number.
- Please keep in mind custom hand-painted keep sakes are one-of-a-kind and very labor intensive, consequently, there may be an extended wait period for your treasured keepsake. Our normal delivery time is 3-4 weeks and may be longer if you order multiple items. We will do our best to deliver your item in a timely manner, however, we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time. Our gift announcements are also a great idea for last minute orders. This allows you to present the announcement and then the recipient sends us their favorite photo of their pet.
- Use your phone, go to our website and take a picture as you order or upload your favorite saved photograph for us to use on your order. Please make sure the photos you submit of your pet are well lit, clear close-ups and showing a lot of clear details, especially of the eyes and fur. We will use the photos you submit as a visual reference for painting your pet's portrait on the ornament. You must upload at least one photo and a maximum of four. Photos need to be of file type .jpg, .png. *Images too large will fail to upload.
